I have a tenant whois in arrears with his rent. I am in the process of evicting him through the courts. I didn't take a deposit but got him to supply a guarantor.
Assuming I get repossession through the court, I will be seeking to obtain the arrears, and any other expenses, from the guarantor. I would like to use a third party to do this.
Has anyone used a debt collecting agency who were any good?
