Hello and good morning.

I have just downloaded the section 8 notice and I notice that it now requires you to fill in the details,ie. intends to seek possession on ground(s)in schedule 2 Housing act?

Not sure what to fill in here?

My situation is that a tenant has been in arrears for several months
and is currently 4 months rent in arrears. So I am seeking both the rent and the property to be repossessed.
