Could you please confirm what we can actually charge for late payment or no payments of arrears. At present we are not charging any interest on late payments, letters, and telephone calls. Many tenants totally ignore late payment letters, text or calls. We would like to start from 1 April charging interest on late payments and also admin fees for reminders but not sure how far we can go.
