I have a second court date on monday. In the previous case the solicitor claimed that the Section 8 papers were issued tot he tenant incorrectly. I have since undertaken a witness statement to confimr that the schedule of payment was issued witht he section 8. The tenants are still more than 2 months behind with rental payments..

Please could you advise if there are any other tricks that solicitors are now using to frustrate the court process. I would like to be ready for any problems
