I have tenant moved into property 10th march.I have no deposit from him.Hasnt paid rent on time and owes me £250 from last months rent.
Gave section 21 with contract expires 9th september.
Would you advise me to sue for the amount owed now or wait untill tenancy ends see what position is then.
just trying to stay on top of things and wondering as i cant do anything till tenancy up regards getting property back then maybe I should be active in trying to keep arrears down.
