We have tryed to contact tenants many times by letters and phone messages. But said would meet up but never happened Have 2 Tenants in the property they are 2 months in arrearres and i have found out they have moved out without any notice their contract is not due to run out until 18th December 2010. They have left the house in a mess and still have all keys to the property. We have found out were they have moved to.One of them works and the other is claiming benifits.Can we put in an attachement of earning. Should we change the locks? Rent arrears so far are 1122.92. Should we start to get someone to clear all rubbish and get property into a condition to let.
