HAVE BEEN AVISED TO PURSUE THIS AMOUNT THROUGH THE SMALL CLAIM COURTS - BUT IT IS OVER £5,000. IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO PURSUE THIS AMOUNT OR IS THIS THE CORRECT WAY IE SMALL CLAIMS COURT? THANKS
