When to start eviction order

I have a young girl and her partner in my rental property who has recently had a baby. Since then she has missed 1 and a half months rent. Previous to this she has been an exceptional tenant, who had never missed a payment.I have called her and emailed her and she has ignored me, so I am letting her know that the next stage is eveiction... which would be a shame. Her work is in rental properties anyway, so she is aware of the legaities of this process.

This is the second time I am going through this. I have yet to recover from the loss of the first property, but thats ok, got there in the end. I certainly don't have the finacial backing for another court case, which is what I want to prevent. My previous loss was in excess of 15000 pds.

Please advise, can I legally start the eviction process now?
