One of my tenants has fallen behind with his rent.
I spoke to him a couple of weeks ago and he said he would catch up with his payments within the next 10 days but he has paid nothing since our conversation. I have been trying to contact him this week but he is not answering my calls or e-mails.
He took the tenancy on 4/06/09 for a six month period.
What is the quickest way of ending his tenancy and regaining control of my property?
