Can any one help,

we have had a teant in a commercail unit who had a lease in there sole name so he was personally liably for the rent and any bills. We have issued court proceedings and he did not respond so we asked for a judgment to be issued this has been granted so the ex client has now gotr a ccj against him. This dosen't help us getting our £3000.00 plus cost.

we can't afford to keep spending money on this. can any help on ideas on what next to do?

regards

Rich
