Late rent but unable to contact tenant

Rent was due at the end of last week but has not yet appeared in our bank account. I have tried to call the tenant today but have been unable to get through or leave a message. (I suspect that her mobile has been disconnected.) I've sent an email asking her to contact me ASAP but have a feeling that she won't. What do I do next?

Incidentally, I served notice 10 days ago so issuing a section 21 or 8 is not an option as a Section 21 is already in place.
