That's exactly the problem, it's too ambiguous and nobody really seems to know, I'm waiting for someone to show me the Court Case details on a landlord that was fined £15,000 for entering an abandoned property. If it does exist (and that's questionable) my guess is that it won't quite be same story as the abandoned properties you and I have had to deal with.
