Query Section 21 (4) Notice
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

We have a Tenant who is now on a periodic Tenancy , her rent due date is the 27th of each Month . We served her with a Section 21 (4) Notice yesterday on the 24th FEB , and put on the form that we require the property after the 27th April 2011 is that the correct date or should it have been the 26th April , if it is wrong is the form still valid or should I serve it again as there is still time .
