Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

My tenant has been in the property since November 2008. I have a signed Section 21 (1)(B) for which Notice expired on 27/05/2009. I are having problems with the tenant and want her out of the property as soon as possible. Can I use the Section 21 mentioned above or would I need to issue a new notice.

If a new notice needs to be issued then is there any way I can get her out of the property now.
