Rent Late
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi I have a tennant that continues to pay late he is having finacial difficulties and recently his housing benefit has bee winthdrawn pending a review. He is curretnly one month in arrears and owes an outstanding balance from a rental payment back in February. His tennancy agreement expired back in may can i just server a section 21 and give two months notice?

If so should i state a reason or not
