I have a tenant within an HMO om a shorthold tenancy. His 6 months came to an end yesterday. How quickly am i able to evict him and does anyone know what the process is.

He has already had two verbal warnings and a letter regarding his behaviour - which i thought had done the trick but after last nights activites it obviously has
