Section 21
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I am having problems with married tenants of mine. The tenancy agreement expired on 31 January 2010.

At the outset of the tenancy i also issued a section 21B getting them both to sign my copy.

Will this be sufficient or will i have to re issue and give them both one each seperately and sign my copy again seperately.
