Section 21 Advice on Demoted AST

Hi,

I am in the process of serving a form N5B accelerated possession order on a tenant. The form asks if the tenancy is a 'demoted AST' what does this mean? Basically the existing AST is coming to the end of its first six months and a S21 was served during month 2 which is well within the prescribed time limits.
