typing error
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I am about to send off a Section 21 4a and Section 8. I have noticed the agent has made a typing error on the AST agreement. My address is for example 8 Graham Close and the agreement reads Grahamers Way. The rest of the address is OK and the post code.
Will this invalidate my claim.
