I have a tenat who moved in on 5 December and claims housing benefit.
This has been paid direct to her.

I have recieved no rent and have issued a s8 notice relating to this.

Having visited the property today it does not appear that the tenant has lived there and I have no working contact details.

What is the quickest way to get the property back?
