PCOL claim under Section 8 with ground 8,10,11 and 17, is it valid?

Hi I made the claim online under S8 route with ground 8,10,11 and 17, but just realised claim online only deal with rent arrears grounds, other grounds (in my case added on ground 17) can only be claimed via filling up N9 and N115 form.

Since I have already made the claim online and hearing date has been set, would this be a problem?
