ast section C9 I HAVE NO INTENTION OF ALLOWING THE TENANCY TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ANYONE ELSE; IS THIS ALLOWABLE OR HAS THE TENANT A LEGAL RIGHT TO TRANSFER THE TENANCY? IT SEEMS THAT THE INITIAL SECURITY CHECKS ARE SOMEWHAT POINTLESS IF THE LEASE CAN BE TRANSFERRED.

CAN I DELETE THE PHRASE (WHICH WE WILL NOT UNREASONABLY WITHHOLD)WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE LEGALITY OF THE TENANCY AGREEMENT ?
