Illegal tenants?

I let my house to a company last year who have then sub let the property. I have given the company notice to end the tenancy and they have now stopped paying the rent and the tenants in the property cannot get hold of anyone at the company. It would appear that the company is now possibly dissolved. I have advised the tenants that my agreement with the company will come to an end and that the property will shortly revert to me. I am happy to take them on as tenants which they are considering. My question is what if they refuse to move out on the date of reversion do I still have to get a Court order to get them out eventhough they do not have a tenancy agreement with me and would therefore be there illegally?
