Different dates for tenancy and payment.
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi, i have a tenant whose ast started, and is dated 31st JULY 2008, but to avoid payment problems the payment date is listed on the agreement as the 28th of each month. I want to serve a section 21 notice before the 30th December giving 2 months notice, which means the property to be vacated by the end of February. As February only has 28 days what dates do i put on the document? Thanks in advance!
