Section 8 Error On Form tried to strike out ....

Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

The defendants solictor tried to strike out the whole claim but didnt

The judge has ask to amend the particulars to the claim section 4a to include Ground 8

Does anyone know how to do this … .?
As it says on RLA just write
The reason the claimant is asking for possession is:
(a) Because the defendant has not paid the rent due under the terms of the tenancy agreement.

Which I did …..
By the way on the day the defendant’s solicitor placed a counterclaim for disrepair on the day. So the judge has to adjourn the case so witness statements could be filed. I tried to argue this is the first instance of disrepair but unfortunate for me judge said he had to allow for this.
