I own property alone, with a partner, in a limited company and manage houses for other landlords. I have always used my office address when serving the Section 48 notice, on ASTs and on Section 21 and Section 8 notices.

In light of the recent court case concerning landlord addresses for the service of rent charge demands do I now need to provide the actual landlord address or company registered address rather than a care of address?
