Evicting a tenant not paying rent

Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi,
The tenant in my property said he lost his job before christmas and the council only started paying his rent in April. The rent is £550 per month and he's getting £340 from the council. He should pay 2 months in advance and the council pay him 4 weeks in arrears. He is currently unable to pay the shortfall. I have issued him with a section 8 and 21. I have applied to Liverpool court for eviction on April 20th and just received a court date of 7th July. His tenancy ends on July 31st anyway and my solicitors costs are £425 on top of the court fees. This means he gets another 3 rent free months in my property and I am struggling to pay the mortgage. Do you have any advice to help me gain posession faster?
