Advice on Section 8
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

My tenant did not pay there rent of the 16th May nor on the 16th of June. I am going to issue them with a Section 8 for rent arrears. There tenancy ran out on the 16th of June 2010 so can I and do I still need to issue a Section 8 to get them out ?.
