I now need a section 21(4)(a)notice as it's outside the fixed period. Problem I have is that i put rent due every four weeks on first page of tennancy agreement and put three months as fixed period on second page of agreement, 3 months from 18/05/09 to 17/08/09. which date do I use for the expiry of notice - is it day before 4 weekly rent is due or day before a calendar month of rolling monthly tennancy i.e. 17 of month. i seem to have dug a right hole with this one. una
