Dear Sirs,

We have a tenant who moved into the property following a reltionship break up. The Father requested we set up c tax, deposit etc under a false name so the x-boyfriend was unable to trace her. This was fine for c tax but we did not want to place the deposit under a false name for obvious legal reasons and we have held the deposit. We now want the tenant to leave and I would appreciate advice on how we ought to use the Section 21 (taking into account the deposit was not protected) or if we ought to utilise a Section 8. Please confirm the best way forward

Kind regards

Kerry
