Hello

We have issued a section 8 on one of our tenants, this is the third time we have had to do this. Previously he has paid the bak rent, but this time he is ignoring us. He is 4 months behind on his rent which he pays monthly.

The date that we can apply to the court is tomorrow.

As he has made no effort to pay, what do we need to do next to move things on and to re-gain possession of the flat or get him to pay us?
