Hi i had abit of trouble with some tenants and i couldn't let my property out and i couldn't understand it i have a profile of a total number of 15 properties and i saw a company selling on this forum called mills lettings and some landlords on here complain about it so i want see if they was what they say they are and how good they say they are well they are good well bloodly great in fact they sorted out my tenant trouble really quickly and all my properties are now let they do all check and i only pay 5% commisson i highly recommend this company and iam putting this up coz there are alot of lettings agents around the uk who tend to rip of landlord like us and whats even better is that i only had to pay £95.00 with no vat at all for setup fee i dont mind paying it coz what they have done for me. please if you have any trouble or you want to let your property out due to poor management give this company ago there are true a great company to be with iam over the moon any more info you can see there website or if you wanna chat i will be glad to chat to you about this company give them a try and i think they operate all over the uk.
