Proof of service
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hello, I have applied for possession of one of my properties via a S21.

My local court have scheduled a hearing for 2nd July.

I have questioned the need for a hearing and the court have told me that I have no proof of service for the S21.

The tenants signed and dated the S21 when they moved into the property last year.

I always thought that was sufficient proof of service...?

Any advice would be appreciated.
