My question is:-

In order to inspect a rented property 24hours notice should be given to the tenant. However, if the rented property is a house in multiple occupancy does the required notice relate to the tenants' own designated rooms only and therefore can the landlord enter the common areas of the property without notice to do repairs etc?

Thank you.
