dates of section 21
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

New tenants moved in on the 30/04/06, renewed there tenancy with another agreement for another year which they signed on the 26/04/07 with another section 21. The section 21 is dated 30/04/07 and expiry 29/04/08 but they signed it on the 26/4/07. I have not isued them with another agreement since and now want to evict them. Is this section 21 valid.
