Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi,
i wonder if someone can help me.

i have a tenant who has been using his studio flat for a business nature which is clearly a breach of his tenancy agreement.

i wish to give him a notice to vacate.

on what grounds (section 8) can i do this?
