Failed section 21 issued by solicitor
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

HI there

Our solicitior failed to produce a valid Section 21 Notice to evict our troublesome tenants. My question is can we issue another section 21 within the same month? The tenancy started on 3rd August 09 and completes the 6month AST on the 3rd Feb 2010. We are considering issuing one today - that is correct.
