confused about section 21
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi I am confused about section 21 notices
I will explain with an example.
I have a tennant moving in on say the 1st April on a 6 month AST
when they move in after deposits are taken I fill out both sections of the section 21 ?
and what dates should I put in the two forms
