Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Tenancy in two names

As per company policy issued S21 (1)(B) at the commencement of the tenancy

Issued one S21 (1) (B) notice in both tenants names got both tenants to sign the notice as evidence of service.Is one notice addressed to both parties and signed by both parties sufficent for N5B action or should we have issued two seperate notices?
