i have just been to court and applied under section 8, the tennant got it delayed by 2 weeks from the judge , telling her she had damp in the jhouse, I took the letters we I wrote to the tennant telling her it was lifestyle donw to how she lived as there is no rsing damp in the house only condensation, her debts are £2000.00, what should I do in the next two weeks or next time in courts, as there is no damp in this house, only her misuse
