please explain why this notice (b) is served at the outset. Am I correct that it provides protection should the tenant prove unsuitable and therefore the tenant leaves at the end of the tenancy period? But what after? That 21(b) expires after the initial rental period, say 6 months, do we then serve another say,for the next 6 months? Should we continue then to serve these notices at each renewal of the tenancy?
