I issued a Section 21b at the start of the 6 month tenancy and do want the tenants from hell to leave at the end of the tenancy, please could you confirm whether I need to give them any further notice, ie. by law do I have to write to them 2 months before the end of the tenancy or can I just tell them I want the house back? I know they won't move out until the bailiffs come in anyway.
