Using Possession Claim Online Website
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi

After issuing a "Section 21 (4)(A)" Notice I'm now using the Possesion Claim Online website to file to court.

Under the "Notice Type" section I have a choice of: 1, Notice To Quit 2,Notice of breach of lease 3, Notice seeking possession 4, Other

I do not know whether to select "Notice To Quit" or "Notice seeking possession"

Can you please help me clarify which option I should choose.
