incorect dates on tenancy
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I was about to start court procedings when I noticed that I have put incorrect dates on the RLA property contract. I have written six month contract starting on the 6th Decembber 2008 and then put an end date of only five months later on the 6th May 2009. I also issued a section 21A at the same time as having the contract signed which also ends on the 6th May 2009, I know I have made a mistake on the contract writing six months and dating it for five months, how will this affect the section 21A notice?
