Service of Section 8 Notice?
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

We sent Section 8 Notice to Tenant via Post Office next day delivery service to the Property and Tenant's Work Address, we did this from 2 different Post Offices to ensure Service.

Therefore sent x 2 to Property & x 2 to Work.

After 14 days applied via PCOL for Hearing and now have a date.

Our problem is that on checking with Post Office (their Track & Trace System) the 2 sent to home address are being sent back to us as Tenant did not go to collect from Post Office and although we have proof of receipt at Work Address, we think she left work before these were received!!

Our question is will the Judge consider these Notices Served Correctly?

Deperately need advice. Thank You
