I have 2 questions.

Question 1:
Tenants contract ends 30.06.11
I want to serve notice now giving them 2 months notice.

Where it says "We require possession of the dwelling-house known as:????

After: Do I put in 30.06.2011?
......................................................................

Question 2:
Tenants contract ended 24.03.2011
I want to serve notice now giving them 2 months notice.

Where it says "We require possession of the dwelling-house known as:????

After: Do I put in 24.06.2011?
