Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Question regarding the completion of Court papers N119.

C section 3 of N119 form requires details of Section 8 claim (Ref rent arrears) I have only stated in section 8 that the tennant is now 3 months in arrears, have I made a mistake in not stating the specif amount of money due, as the N119 form is requesting a daily rate.
