Renewing a tenancy where Section 21 (4(A) has been served

I served a Section 21(4)(A) notice on 29th November 2011 in order to recover my property on 31 January 2012.
The tenant has requested a slight extension to her tenure-to 5 Feb 2012 which I would be prepared to accept subject to there being an easy way to achieve this WITHOUT creating another ASHT or enabling her to have a notice period that prolongs the tenancy after 5 FEb. 2012.
