Hi Dave further to my previous post,I will be drafting 4 witness statements from the affected tenants in the same block. They are all suffering from identical problems.

Can I generate one statement with full cooperation and consent of all the tenants incorporating all the relevant issues/problems and get either all tenants to jointly sign the one statement/declaration or make four copies and obtain individual declarations. I think this might present procedural difficulties but i am sure you will put me right.
