My tenant has given me verbal notice she is leaving(only 3 weeks) but a month is on xmas! My query is that she has not yet put it in writing. I have written to her asking again for her written notice, she's found a new place and is undergoing refs and checks I know. She could just turn round at the last minute and say no if her place falls through so where do I stand as needing to advertise and secure new tenants.
